So if you're one of the many many people that follow this blog, you'll know that this I've been doing some work for Nomad Percussion. Most recently, they needed a logo for their 17hour Vexations performance which was streamed live.

So here it is!

So after playing with some ink, I unintentionally covered myself in splashes. I thought it looked pretty spiffin' so I photographed them.

Commbank Can't

I was disappointed to learn that the CAN/CAN'T campaigns that have been running throughout the city these past few weeks belong to CommBank. I get what they are trying to do, but everything about the posters conveys nothing about a message that should be hopeful and optimistic. Why is it on this awful brown background? The font (Aachen) is a bit heavy looks better suited for a construction company. 

On the other hand, the illustration on the website is nice and much more joyful. Aachen in lower case looks much friendlier and the pop of CommBank yellow brings out the voice of their campaign.
